Old Man and Other Stories  (United States)
Looking at the contents list on your blog, I thought I'd put in a request for The Face of Night.

Very happy you're publishing again - thanks!

Me too. :-)

Not sure what you mean by "Face of Night," though. "The Always Rising of the Night" is a long novel and doesn't really exist -- as opposed to the reams of crap that I wrote a bunch of but never published, AROTN is mostly notes. There's a series outline for a producer I wrote 20 years with that title, but it was just an outline. And then there's Leftbehind, which is in it, and "A Place Where We Belong," which is Ola's origin story. "Place" is ancient and terrible and really needs a complete rewrite.

My brain was tricking me.  I looked at the title of my copy of this: http://www.kithrup.com/dkm/dkmfic/fac... and assigned it to my memory of the story where Ola is sent to resolve a war, which, now that I really stop and think is probably in Leftbehind.
